On A Trail Mission 2: Mount 360

One On A Trail Mission (OATM) deserves another. After Trail Academy at Mount Bidawan, another trail camp powered by On Philippines is happening on December 4, 2022. Mission Details: It involves a scenic trail talk at Mount 360 in Tanay, Rizal. OATM 2 is organized by Pinoy Trails, Trail Academy, Sierra Trail Adventure Run and sponsored by Blackwood Ph, Lightwater and Vitamin Boost.

The climate’s cooling down. The time has been festive. On A Trail Mission (OATM) continues at Mount 360 in San Andres, Tanay on December 4, 2022. OATM 2 continues where the first trail mission left off in Mount Bidawan last October 2, 2022 with another feel-good yet challenging mountain terrain of the Sierra Madre Mountain Range. Are you ready for your next trail mission? REGISTRATION OPENS – NOV. 7, 2022. OATM 2 brings Trail Academy to a picturesque summit of Mount 360 for another run and learn sessions on dirt grounds. It’s a short but vertically challenging route this time and we get our class surrounded by the mountains of Tanay, Rizal. As usual, we’ll be with you every step of the way.

The Trail Running Camp merges a trail lecture session and a mini trail run event with pace group as follows: (Walkers, Moderate, Fast) and situation pit stop talks during the trail run. With the paced groups, participants can go with a pace they are comfortable with and friendly to all fitness level including beginners. The event is FREE except for a minimal tourism and guide fee of P300, which will be given directly to the guides who would be assisting the mission. You’ll have to pre-register via Google form below. There are limited slots for this mission and those slots goes to the first 50 registrants. Please wait for your confirmation email before proceeding to the event.The community feel discussion of the event will enable sharing of trail experience from participants.

Transportation details:

• By Car (1:30 to 1:45 hours from Manila)
o Waze: Mount Batolusong Jump off Point
o Take Aurora Boulevard East Bound and continue straight to Marcos Highway. You will pass Sta Lucia Grand Mall, Masinag, Cogeo and go through zigzag roads heading to Palo Alto Garden Cottages, a few meters from Kilometer Post 51, the welcome arch to Barangay San Andres is located on the other side of the road (left side). This is actually the place the place that locals refer to as Batangasan or Batangas.
o Follow the road leading down to the valley that is Brgy San Andres. You will pass through two small bridges. Take the left turn after the Brgy Chapel. You’ll pass the barangay hall / basketball court. The Jump Off Point of Mount 360 is a few meters from the basketball.
• By Jeep
o From Cubao, take a jeep or FX to Cogeo Gate 2. Once in Cogeo, proceed to the jeepney terminal adjacent to the market and take the jeep going to Sampaloc, Tanay. Tell the driver to drop you off to Balagtasan / Batangas. (1 hour travel time). Hire a habal-habal or trycicle to San Andres.
