Bravehearts is your newbie friendly race that’s gonna introduce you to the world of trail running. With 7 kilometers and 11 kilometers as its main distances, the race would be an excellent entry level race for newbie and could be a good speed challenge for seasoned trail runners. The race is on February 12, 2017 and set at foot of Mt. Susong Dalaga that will start and end at the check dam that is located at Brgy. Pinugay, Baras, Rizal.

Anytime you’re in an MGM Production race, you’re in for a lot of surprises. MGM Races always have a way of challenging runners to make each race memorable. Bravehearts explores the trails of Baras, Rizal and is the first of the series of trail races offered during the year.
The Bravehearts Uphill Challenge is a newbie friendly trail run. It will be a 7km and 11km mountain run at the foot of Mt. Susong Dalaga that will start and end at the check dam that is located at Brgy. Pinugay, Baras, Rizal. Trail runners will enjoy passing through the running waters from the natural Kinamatayan Falls and will surely be captivated by the marvelous view of the Talim Island and Sierra Madre Mountain Range. This can be an excellent trail running experience that will make you want for more.

- STEP 1: Pay the registration fee through: Rayman D. delos Angeles (BPI S/A No. 3199-1456-56)
- STEP2: Send a scanned/pic copy of the deposit slip to with your name, gender and size of finisher shirt . Subject: MGM BRAVEHEARTS REGISTRATION”. And wait for confirmation through email. Please keep and present the deposit slip when claiming the race kit on the race day.

Getting There:
- Private Transportation
- From Cubao take Aurora Blvd. East Bound and continue straight to Marcos Highway. You will pass by Sta. Lucia Grand Mall, Masinag, and Cogeo. After Cogeo, you will traverse zigzag roads.
- You will pass by Foremost Farm on the right side. You’ll see the signage of San Roque Elementary School Baras Rizal on the left side of the road. This is actually the place that locals refer to as Seedling.
- Follow the dirt road leading down to the Check Dam. You will pass through a small bridge. After the bridge take left down to Check Dam.
- Early morning travel from Cubao to Brgy. Pinugay Baras, Rizal is 1 hour 45 minutes.
- Public Transportation
- From Cubao, take a jeep or FX to Cogeo Gate 2 (Php 35 FX). Once in Cogeo, proceed to the jeepney terminal adjacent to the market and take the jeepney going to Sampaloc/Tanay. Tell the driver to drop you off at Seedling (Php 28 jeep fare / 45 mins travel time).
- Tricycle to Check Dam. (15 minutes travel time).
