Soleus Cross Country Challenge is back on its 4^th year on July 14, 2019 at Timberland Heights.  It’s gonna be another roller coaster adventure as we go up and down on the various surface and terrains that Timberland Heights has to offer.  Enjoy a scenic yet challenging course as you navigate your way to the 21-Kilometer and 12-Kilometer distances for adults and a fun 3-kilometer course for kids.

The race would be perfect for newbies aching to enter the trail running world yet remain challenging enough for experienced trail runners and weekend warriors.  It’s also gonna be a visually enticing course with the forested trails, river treks and vertical vantage points to the nearby mountain ranges.
